Australia’s Agrigrain for Sale

The announcement has been made that Agrigrain, a major grain handling business in New South Wales, Australia has been listed for sale through JLL Agribusiness. Located in Narromine, and with a storage and handling site in Coonamble, Agrigrain has been in business for more than 25 years providing year-round service including accumulation, trading, storage, cleaning, container packaging, logistics, and freight services. The sale opens the opportunity for a buyer to acquire two well-established grain receival and handling facilities, and a business that includes good operations infrastructure and an established client base of almost 800 growers.

Additionally, the company headquarters adjoins the Parkes-Narromine railway, providing for efficient rail movement of grain to both domestic and export ports, including Port Botany and the Port of Newcastle.

The business, which delivers the equivalent of more than 13,000 containers per year across 10 product lines, is being offered on either a whole, or separate asset basis.
